The customer lacked centralized visibility and timely insights into the performance of over 60+ bots, resulting in delayed issue detection, inefficient reporting, and increased manual effort in monitoring bot health. Additionally, approximately 3 million files were being manually handled for compression and transfer. This was an error-prone, time-intensive process that impacted system performance and delayed downstream operations and increased overall operational overhead. Their Quandis application also lacked a structured workflow interface and a reliable database layer, leading to fragmented data handling, inefficient process tracking, and limited scalability across the system.

We implemented automated monitoring and reporting using Blue Prism, enabling real-time tracking of over 60+ bots and generating daily dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve issue response time. Additionally, a Blue Prism bot was deployed to automate the compression and transfer of approximately 3 million files from source to destination, significantly enhancing processing speed and system performance. Further, within the Quandis platform, we developed a robust workflow interface integrated with a connected database layer, facilitating seamless data flow, efficient process orchestration, and improved scalability to support future enhancements.
The customer was able to achieve a substantial reduction in manual monitoring effort through Blue prism control room. Processing times were significantly reduced, and real-time data synchronization enabled accuracy, faster & more efficient operations.
