At Moder we believe people drive business forward. We are the digital outsourcing company known for fearlessly delivering on “yes.” This means we have a bias towards “yes.” We love unconventional projects and out of the box requests.

We were founded in December 2020 with the mission to reimagine outsourcing by focusing on the people and processes that drive the bottom line.  And while we believe technology can change the world, we focus on the people running it. After all, technology is only one part of the equation. 

People, on the other hand—that’s where real, sustainable change gets initiated and is managed.  

That’s why at Moder, our vision is to be this industry’s most people-centric company. We’re the kind of outsourcing company that is reimagining this category.  Our people speak in clear, easy to understand language - not roundabout, jargon-laden nonsense. We invest in L&D and make a point to celebrate learning by making it a core part of our culture. We hire who are industrious, clever, and wholehearted. And we’re up for whatever challenge comes our way.

This starts with our own small step toward real, sustainable change - putting our people first. This means we have a very rigorous hiring, onboarding, and training schedule for new talent. This also means that on the sales side, we’re selective on who we work with. Our ideal customer is looking for support to manage long-term initiatives. We’re looking to work with companies that are measured firmly by their P&L statements and as such, are ready to delegate and reimagine work to better serve their business goals.

 We believe the silver bullet does not exist.

At Moder, we’re all about “Atomic Habits” and creating systems for radical transformation. We are here to support true, sustainable change and we believe firmly that can only happen through the design and execution of solid systems.
